Lyn White has loved poetry most of her life but began writing it seriously in 2002. Poems have appeared in several journals including Equinox, Smiths Knoll and Orbis, as well as anthologies such as Night Balancing and My Mother Threw Knives. She has read at a variety of venues, The Russell-Cotes museum, Bournemouth, The University of Kent and was a featured poet at the Angel readings, Borders, Islington, February 2008.
